Cameroon Pre Shipment Conformity Assessment Program (PECAE)
Service
Since August 31, 2016, Cameroon Bureau of standards and
quality (Anor) has launched Cameroon pre shipment evaluation of conformity
(PECAE) to ensure the quality of products, the health, safety and environmental
protection of Cameroon consumers, and protect the public from the hazards of
unqualified products to public health, safety and environment.
PNT may provide a certificate of conformity (AC) certifying
that the goods meet the relevant approved standards and this document will be
delivered to the exporter. The Cameroon Bureau of standards and quality (Anor)
issues a certificate of conformity (COC) on the basis of the certificate of
conformity (AC) and delivers it to the importer, which is the document required
for customs clearance.
