In order to ensure the fair
status of the company as a third-party testing institution and the independence
and honesty of the testing work, we hereby declare as follows:
a) Strictly implement all laws,
regulations, policies and quality standards related to product quality
supervision, and all personnel shall work in strict accordance with the
requirements of the Quality Manual;
b) Establish strict testing
procedures, each link of the testing work constraints each other, to ensure the
independence of inspection, verification and audit should be strictly observed
by all personnel,
c) Confidential information,
test data and results provided by customers shall be kept strictly confidential
in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Company, and unauthorized
persons shall not have access to confidential information, technical data and
samples submitted for inspection that are unrelated to themselves.

a. There shall be no conclusion
error in the test report, and the other error rate is less than 0.5%;
b. The contract performance rate
is 100%
