Algeria COC certification inspection requirements
1. Product appearance (the key is whether the product has
rust, burr, burr and defect)
2. Product label (key points are: whether there are product
name, model, make in China, trademark, exporter or manufacturer's name on the
label, electrical and electronic products also have voltage, frequency, power,
current and other parameters)
3. Packing mark (key points are: whether the packing box is
made in China, product name, model or specification, trademark, exporter or
manufacturer's name, electrical and electronic products should also have
voltage, frequency, power, current and other parameters, such as gross weight,
net weight, rain proof mark, handle the mark with care, etc.)
4. If it's a label with stickers, they will roughly check the
firmness of the label. As long as it's not too outrageous or too bad, there is
usually no big problem. I'm afraid that I didn't tip. The inspector picked the
bone from the egg and pulled it down hard, which is the most common case.
Because there is no standard for this fastness, it has the final say by the
inspector.
5. the problem of gross weight and net weight. Some
inspectors with older qualifications don 't care too much about this aspect,
because the error of this thing is really normal, and the deviation of gross
weight and net weight is a little bit, which is not closely related to the
product quality. But for novice inspectors, they need to be more accurate, a
little bit different, all of them need to be accurate. So these enterprises
should cooperate well
6. After checking the above items, if there is no problem,
the inspector will take part of the boxes for spot inspection according to the
total number of boxes, such as counting the product quantity in the box and
multiplying it by the actual number of boxes to see whether the actual quantity
is consistent with the box list and invoice
7. After checking the quantity, if there is no problem, the
inspector shall take photos of the goods for evidence.
