Singapore Commerce and Industry Board announces consumer goods——CONTROLLED GOODS，Must meet safety standards. Singapore protects consumers（Safety specification）Registration plans also have this requirement.。

The Standards Productivity and Reform Commission of Singapore (SpringSingapore) is a product safety agency established by the Ministry of Trade and Industry to administer the Consumer Protection (Product Safety Requirements) Registration Scheme (CPS Scheme). On 1 April 2002, Consumer Protection Regulation No. 1991 was replaced by Consumer Protection Regulation No. 2002. The new rules require that compliance with product safety should be based on tests conducted by third-party certification bodies. At present, there are 45 categories of products belonging to the control category of compulsory certification products.

Note:

1. Only one model number is allowed per certificate. Therefore, suppliers are required to register each type of product and obtain a Certificate of conformity (COC) issued by an authorized conformity assessment body or an authorized overseas organization (MRA).

2. Newly registered suppliers should provide the following documents to the security authorities at the time of registration::

A. Formally fill in the RS01 application form

B. A copy of the business certificate of the company or a copy of the registration certificate issued by the Industry and Commerce Registration Authority (ACRA).

C. Safety mark is mandatory certification for controlled products

D. Because Singapore requires that the TRADEMARK should not be N/A, when applying, it can communicate with the customer and use the customer's company name as the TRADEMARK. (The CB report can be ignored, that is, there is no TRADEMARK, and N/A can still be written on the CB report, but the TRADEMARK must be used in the Singapore application)
